In this workshop, you will be given tools for a daily practice that brings strength and pleasure to the experience of giving voice and offers stability and a sense of spaciousness to your day. We will enjoy "vocal play" and finding a "groove" together, as well as cross-cultural repertoire and practical techniques for warming up and opening the breath and voice. All are equally welcome. Mantra for Rest and Rejuvenation
Rest back into the Love that you are. Mantra are powerful sacred sounds known to bring integration and to calm the waters of the mind that facilitate our hearts opening and us realizing our true nature. In this special evening, Gina Sala will offer mantra in the style of Bhakti Yoga, Nada Yoga, Japa Yoga. There will be a few participatory chants, and some mantra that she will offer "as a cushion for your head". Come experience directly the peace and pleasure of sacred sound with sound yogi Gina Sala'. All are welcome, dance, rest or participate as you like.
